Local Phone Scam

Received a phone call at 7 pm and the local number appeared on our TV because we use Cox phone/cable/internet. There was lady on the other end saying “You stayed with us before.”  It was a recording. When I asked a questions they hang up. I called the number back, 1-805 969 5174, and it keeps ringing. I traced the number on Google, see results below:
