Because of all the publicity on edhat, the stolen Little Free Library has been recovered! Someone dumped it in a dumpster and someone else found it, they called the police who found us and returned it!

Someone stole our Little Free Library on December 16, 2017.
This library had been a gift of love from us to our neighborhood. My retired husband built it and our graphic artist son designed and painted it with over 100 hours of work!
I am a retired school Librarian (SBUSD) so this was a family project 2 years old! On 12/16/17 someone yanked the library and post out of its concrete base on the corner of Puente and Mint Lane.
