There’s something magical about desserts. They have the power to transform an ordinary moment into something extraordinary, wrapping it in sweetness and nostalgia. In her own words, “Growing up, desserts were a constant in my family’s celebrations—a centerpiece at every birthday, a comfort during the holidays, and even a little indulgence that marked the end of a memorable vacation.”
For Lindsay, the owner of Lindsay’s Little Bakery, this magic is at the heart of her creations. Every cake, cookie, and treat she bakes isn’t just food—it’s a memory waiting to happen.
Cakes Full of Personality
Some desserts feel like they belong to a moment. Lindsay’s cakes capture this idea perfectly. The Chocolate Lover Cake is the epitome of indulgence, with layers of chocolate cake, ganache, and buttercream that any chocoholic would dream of. For a more classic flavor, the Dreamy Carrot Cake blends spiced carrot goodness with walnuts, caramel filling, and marshmallow buttercream. Each cake is layered with care, flavor, and a sense of occasion that feels deeply personal. For more of Lindsay’s cakes, you can check out her Instagram and support a local woman-owned business. I love seeing her updates on there and watching her business grow!
These aren’t just cakes—they’re centerpieces for gatherings and celebrations, reminders of milestones and moments shared.

Cookies to Share or Savor
Cookies, in their humble, handheld way, are some of life’s simplest pleasures. But simplicity doesn’t mean ordinary at Lindsay’s Little Bakery. Her Turtle Thumbprint Cookies, with their combination of chocolate, pecans, caramel, and a final chocolate drizzle, feel like small gifts of decadence. Then there’s the Browned Butter Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie, where the nutty richness of browned butter and toasted pecans meets a delicate hint of bourbon.

A Bakery on Wheels
One of the most charming aspects of Lindsay’s Little Bakery is its mobile arm, The Bakery Box SYV. This dessert trailer doesn’t just deliver sweets; it brings a full experience. Imagine stepping up to a trailer filled with freshly baked cookies and cakes, their scents drifting into the air, and knowing that every bite is made with the same attention to detail and flavor that Lindsay is known for.
Beyond the treats themselves, the Bakery Box adds a sense of whimsy and charm to weddings, parties, or even just a day out. It’s not just about feeding guests—it’s about creating a memory that lingers long after the desserts are gone.

A Love for Creating Memories
At its core, Lindsay’s Little Bakery isn’t just a place for dessert lovers—it’s a celebration of life’s sweetest moments. Every recipe is imbued with Lindsay’s love for what she does, and every dessert feels like a piece of her story being shared with you.
There’s something timeless about a dessert that’s made with care, whether it’s a simple cookie or an elaborate wedding cake. They’re more than just sweets—they’re a way to remember and celebrate, to connect and enjoy. And with Lindsay’s Little Bakery, it’s easy to feel that every bite is exactly where it’s meant to be: in the middle of a moment worth savoring.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to indulge in something sweet for the ones you love—or treat yourself! Lindsay’s Little Bakery always brings a touch of magic to her holiday offerings, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for her special Valentine’s creations. From decadent chocolate desserts to artfully crafted cookies and maybe even a festive twist on her classic cakes, there’s sure to be something that speaks to the romance (or self-love) of the season. Don’t miss the chance to make your Valentine’s Day a little sweeter with one of Lindsay’s handcrafted delights!

Sound great and nice article for the baker/owner–BUT you didn’t give readers an address to find and go there/
I looked it up- there is NO address. it’s a pop-up bakery, but the article didn’t make that clear (at least to me).
Also, there is a fine small bakery on the Mesa, with a similar name-The Little Things Bakery.
I wish that this owner of this newer bakery could have found a good name that wasn’t infringing on the Mesa-based bakery’s name.
I found that she has an instagram account so you may be able to find her that way.
I like these profiles of local restaurants. Most of them I would have never known about before.
Here are her websites:
