Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch

For many years I have passed the annual Pumpkin Patch at Lane Farms in “Noleta”. Riding on the bus I often watched school classes boarding the bus to make a literal field trip visit there. Finally, we decided to go in and have the experience ourselves!

Here are my photos and videos.

Upon entering, one sees the first of several displays of antique farm equipment.
A nearby area hosts a variety of farm animals, including donkeys, pigs, goats and sheep.
One highlight is the Corn Maze (literally the Maize Maze!)
Here is my video of us navigating it. You really can get lost in there!

And there really is corn growing in there, ready to eat.
Another highlight is the Hay Ride! Here is a video of it passing by.

Of course, the main attraction? The pumpkins!

Some really big ones! The staff kindly offered to take our photo among some of the bigger ones.

Merlie picked out this magnificent pumpkin for our home and we were glad to borrow a wagon to haul it out!
The Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch is open for free every day through Halloween. You only pay for what you take home. And you can check out their produce stand while you are there.
