Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch!

It is pumpkin season! Time to visit a pumpkin patch! Not only for the perfect pumpkin, but also for some of the other fun activities! Once again, we chose Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch in “Noleta”, not far from where we live. Here are my photos!

We were welcomed in by several displays of antique farm equipment.

A nearby area hosts a variety of farm animals, including donkeys, pigs, goats and sheep.

Merlie picked out some decorative pumpkin and squash varieties.

I picked this hefty pumpkin.

Someone kindly took our photo together.

A highlight of the Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch: Hay rides! We had a full load!

Here is my video from on board of the entire hay ride!

This family kindly posed for the perfect pumpkin picture! Three generations of pumpkin lovers!

Merlie grew up on a farm where animals did the heavy work. Carabaos. A tractor like this was beyond what she had access to.

Lane Farms is a working farm with a variety of produce and flowers all year round. It is not all pumpkins.

We paid this nice lady for our various goodies, including pumpkin seeds. Yum!

Our final pumpkin adventure: The Corn Maze. (The Maize Maze!)

The Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch is open for free every day through Halloween. You only pay for what you take home. And you can check out their produce stand while you are there. Here is information about the Pumpkin Patch:
