Landscape Work Closes Highway 101 Ramps

The northbound US Highway 101 on-ramp at Salinas Street in Santa Barbara will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 9 am until 3 pm.

In addition, the northbound No. 3 (right) lane of US 101 will be closed from Salinas Street to Milpas Street and the northbound on-ramp at Salinas Street will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 30 and Thursday, Oct. 1 from 9 am until 3 pm.

These lane/ramp closures are necessary so that Caltrans can perform weeding, trimming and drainage work in this area.

Electronic message boards will alert the public about these closures.  This roadwork will be performed by the Caltrans Maintenance team in Santa Barbara.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
