Well it is spring. Maybe they are out chopping weeds and wacking snakes. lol
Has nothing to do with spring. It’s because school is closed. Every time SB Jr High or High School even have a half day, this behavior happens. Clearly no supervision is happening in that part of town. Surely some extended family member must be around to reign them in
