Is Extra Gas Insurance Worth It?

Does anyone know if it’s worth it to pay for the extra coverage from Home Emergency Insurance Solutions, to cover Gas mains? Is this a scam, or is it prudent?

I keep getting bills from them. They are separate from So cal gas, but if accepted, the monthly cost is paid through them.
