Injury Bicycle Collision on Chapala

Howdy all. Heard a report of a traffic collision with an injury at the intersection of Valerio and Chapala Streets in downtown SB. Call time around 1:30 pm.

Sounded like a bicycle but not a traditional bicycle. Anyway, rider was down in the roadway complaining of injuries. Police were first on the scene.
