  1. I know you just post what you hear, but there is no such bird as an American Eagle and only one or two sightings a year of any eagle on this side of the pass. So likely a common hawk like a Red-tail. Still sorry for the bird though, cool raptors.

  2. It is in America and it is an Eagle so…..It’s an American Eagle but it’s ok if you want to call it something else and I don’t know what happened poor thing I hope it was ok but don’t know. It was just a brief notice on the CHP Website.
