Good for him. Committing fraud is a sign of his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be off of welfare! If he was working for Wells Fargo Bank and opening up client accounts with out customer approval, he would be promoted and given more stock options. I am totally in favor of this. I no long have to feel guilty when I ignore him standing on the corner begging for money.

Five Bucks? Entertainment value, not a problem. You do want to be careful if you suspect you're handing your keys to the valet-parking impersonator.
