There's an illegal burn in the 1200 block of Shoreline Drive, a transient set a dead skunk on fire.

Yes, we need the north county jail, with its mental treatment beds.

Driving down for a walk on the shoreline we wondered what that wonderful aroma was. Just thought it was like a garbage/plastic driftwood breakfast bbq

Seriously!
With all the mentally unstable and/or drug users on our street in our family neighborhoods
the City wonders why we worry about our children at the local parks & beaches, riding their bikes, walking.
SB is becoming a place like any other big liberal city, unsafe to go for a walk, govt not caring about the majority of the people who happen to pay their huge salaries.

Take care of the majority of people, not allow the minority to terrorize people in their own neighborhoods.

This gentleman came by my house on his way to Shoreline. It appeared like he came from Douglas Preserve, but I could smell the skunk well before I could see him. He asked politely if I could help him get the tail from the carcass, which I declined, and he asked the way to the harbor. We know what happened next...
