Housecleaner Referral

I desire to find an honest and detail-oriented house cleaner for our house. I prefer an individual vs a cleaning service and wish to pay by the hour ($22-$25??) although they can take as long as they need to get the job done. 

I am a single, working mom (nurse) in town with 4 kids attending college remotely from their bedrooms and am also taking care of my mom who is living with us while she undergoes treatment for cancer. I’m working, cooking and caregiving like mad and long for the luxury of a clean house every other week.

It all sounds reasonable until I’m honest with myself and admit that I’m a clean freak and common-sense matters. I want someone to clean my countertops before my toilets and not use a bathroom sponge in the kitchen. I dream of someone moving furniture to sweep/mop and putting things back where they came from. 

Is there any hope for me?
