Homicide Investigation in Santa Maria

When a village, state or culture has a virulent history of violence and tolerating it their families, those who fear it and can, go somewhere else. Tragically, if they carry the "virus", they bring it with them like Europeans fleeing the Black Plague in the 14th century. To stop it, family practices and values have to change. Children must be educated and trained from the earliest ages to think and act responsibly with respect for themselves and consideration for others. Once it's rampant, numbers overwhelm those who would do better.

Yes, why does Santa Maria seem to have so much violent crime? Stabbings, shootings, and fighting? Something to look forward to if we do not enforce our laws.
