Homer Gordon Sheffield, III

Our beloved Gordon recently passed away in Denver, Colorado. His death was unexpected. Gordon had a very kind heart for many, those he knew and those he didn’t know. Gordon resided in Denver for about ten years and had many friends there. He was born and raised in Santa Barbara until his move to Colorado. His kindness and thoughtfulness along with his intelligence and wit will be missed by his family and friends. 

He is the son of Homer G. Sheffield, Jr. of Santa Barbara and Allison Jordan Sheffield of Ojai. Gordon’s sisters are Amethyst Eve Sheffield and Alison Anne Sheffield. He will always be cherished and remembered with loving kindness.

A celebration of his life was held in Denver on November 2nd, 2019.

On Monday, November 11, 2019 the service for Gordon will be held at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary Chapel at 12:00 P.M. 2020 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara.
