Not surprisingly, substance abuse and alcoholism has increased because of the shutdown.
Will this be another $0 bail so that he/she can go out and do the same thing tomorrow?
If they’re day-drinkers and at work–and not rock stars, politicians and other celebs–may I have no interaction with them, including whatever product they are manufacturering.
