A hit and run took place in front of Mesa Park on Friday around 3:00 p.m. A vehicle hit a motorcyclist making an illegal uturn. The male driver got out of his car, looked at the rider that flew from the impact and left the scene.

Geez. I drove right past this and saw a huge long-ramped tow truck sitting ready to pick up the downed motorcycle and several police officers standing nearby. So sorry to hear anyone was hurt. I hope the rider will be okay. (To the poster: it was the driver of the vehicle that left the scene and the motorcylist may have been thrown by the impact, but I doubt that he “flew” anywhere.)
