Put a wet bandana on your neck, wet down your hair, and try to sit in front of a fan. This helps significantly from the evaporative cooling.

Keeping your head wet helps, too. I read an article on hypothermia in cold weather that up to 50% of our heat loss is through our head. Crotch is another area that generates a lot heat loss, just like arm pits. I just occurred to me that any hairy area that sweats probably loses heat by design.
