Guns Drawn on Suspect at Storke and Hollister

This picture was taken at the corner of Hollister and Storke in Goleta around 1:30 p.m. on Monday. The driver took off toward Highway 101 after officers could be heard yelling "get out of the car" with their guns drawn.
The car took off and shortly after I saw an ambulance, but I'm not sure if it was connected.

The Police pursuit ended on Milpas where the guy was arrested at gunpoint. He was reportedly entering and exiting the freeway.
