Jensens. Look up Michael Shifflet. Brother to Chris (Foo Fighters guitarist). He's very talented. In fact....there are possibly hundreds of great guitar players in SB. I pay bass and upright bass...so i can't help there, but try Michael.

I agree with ZEROHAWK - Mike Shiflett is your best bet. He is better than his brother, which is saying a lot!

I recommend John Lyle: http://www.johnlyle.net/. He’s a solo performer who plays at the 1114 State Street restaurant (where the turtle fountain is located) on Thursday nights, as well as other venues around town. He has a wide repertoire of songs and is a great teacher.

JAMS on Milpas. Great alternative music school mostly for kids but they have adult sessions too.

Hi - I am a guitar teacher with a lifetime of experience, and would be happy to discuss lessons for your child. Before Covid, I was the Head Instructor at Jensen Music for many years, teaching guitar, ukulele, mandolin, and electric bass. All ages. I am currently giving lessons at my home or the student's home (outdoors), and on Zoom. If interested, please call or text 805-448-3572. Thank you. Michael Frey
