Erin Walker, co-founder of Juice Ranch in Santa Barbara, recently passed away following her battle with stage 4 breast cancer. The business owner had shared her health journey on social media.

Walker has left behind her husband and co-founder of Juice Ranch, Scott Walker, and their sons, Indy and Neko. Family and friends of the couple have organized a GoFundMe to raise money for the trio.

As of July 6, the GoFundMe has raised $13,848 with the goal to reach $100,000.

“As Scott and the boys begin the unimaginable task of navigating life without Erin, we are raising funds to help ease the practical burdens that accompany such a profound loss. These funds will help provide stability during a season of grief, supporting household expenses, childcare, meals, memorial-related costs, and the many day-to-day needs that arise as a family learns to move forward,” the GoFundMe description reads.

Friends of the family also hope that these funds can help Scott be “fully present” with his boys without worrying about financial needs.

About Juice Ranch

Scott Walker and Erin Walker founded Juice Ranch in December 2012.

The business offers same-day juice delivery at doorsteps across Montecito, Summerland, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Solvang, Buellton, Goleta, Carpinteria, and, of course, Santa Barbara.

All of the company’s juices are locally sourced, organic, and cold-pressed. Residents can choose from a variety of juices, including beet punch and celery.

The brand has also come up with its own juices, such as its best seller, Greens N’ Ginger. The drink contains cold-pressed greens like celery, spinach, and cucumber, among others, to help clear digestive tract, wipe away mucus, and heal damaged cells, according to the Santa Barbara-based business.

Customers can either build their own bags or pick from a variety of pre-assorted bundles.

The company says that every juice is guaranteed to be fresh. Customers should be assured that when they order a bundle for delivery, every included drink is made that same day.
