I wonder why there has been no community information, update and outreach. Or did I miss it? This storm is warm. It was frigging cold for everybody in the past several weeks. Yes, I should drop off blankets & socks at Mackenzie park, the homeless congregation closest to me. I already donate.

The people who run the FWC have been petitioning the county for the funds to open on more nights but the money is restricted, and they already spend half their time applying for grants and asking for donations.

We talked about this the last couple of days. In SB the criteria is for below 40 degrees or 50 % chance of rain. So they are opening them now due to the rain as coming temps are to be well over 40.
