On Friday, September 5, 2025, Sheriff’s deputies arrested three suspects in connection with a retail theft from Ulta Beauty in the Camino Real Marketplace and recovered hundreds of dollars’ worth of stolen designer fragrances.
At approximately 2:12 p.m., deputies received a report of suspects fleeing the store with stolen cologne and perfume in a red sedan headed toward Highway 101 southbound. Deputies spotted the vehicle on the freeway and conducted a traffic stop near the Castillo Street off-ramp.

Fools. Let’s see if they can those bails. I hope not. Strike 1.
“Can those bails”???
If any of those guys rolled up you would cower.
GT – What do you mean by “those guys?” Why do you think anyone would/should “cower” if these boys, (now) known to be criminals, were to walk up to them? What’s behind your thinking leading you to make this comment?
When those guys roll up on a city hands person like you or Basic you’ll be changing your name to skid.
Two out of three out of bail when they get caught, but who knows what other crimes they haven’t been connected to.
Once we were a sleepy, door lock optional town, but as population and upscale reputation increased, we’ve become a no bed-tax “visitors” destination. How about N & S toll booths on 101 with drive thru car decals for commuters & residents, like for toll roads, to slow the Stop & Rob set? [JK idea for frustrated residents forced to buy Ring Alert & security cameras (and hope) or subscribe to security firms.]
Smells like a crime!
