On May 16, 2025, Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Sexual Assault Unit arrested (S)Ronald Wilson for numerous sexual assault related offenses. Wilson was released on $120,000 bail. After Wilson’s arrest, a press release was disseminated which prompted additional victims to come forward and report being sexually assaulted by Wilson while they were students.

On July 10, 2025, Detectives arrested Wilson after he attended a court hearing, related to the first identified victim.  Wilson is being held at The Ventura County Main Jail without bail as a result of the additional identified victims.

Wilson’s current arrest was for violations of Penal Code 288(c)(1) – Lewd Act Upon a Child, Penal Code 289(a)(1)(A) – Sexual Penetration with Force/Violence, Penal Code 261(5) – Rape, Penal Code 286(c)(2)(a) – Sodomy By Use of Force, Penal Code 287(c)(2)(b) – Forcible Oral Copulation on Minor Under 14.
