After 5pm (Tuesday) there was some kind of pursuit happening on Santa Barbara’s eastside.
A wanted subject was fleeing from Santa Barbara Police on foot. This was near Milpas and Gutierrez Streets.
The search went on for a while but I heard later on the scanner the male suspect was apprehended and booked into county jail.
It’s unclear what the charges are, but in case anyone was wondering why there was a big police presence in the area, this is why.
Yes, I saw that too. Lotsa police (5-6)around Montecito, Alisos and Gutierrez for about an hour about 5pm. Does anyong know … who, what…?
