The Firefly Aerospace launch rescheduled for Monday was scrubbed again, this time due to violation of wind constraints.
Firefly has secured September 19-20 at Vandenberg Space Force Base for the next launch attempts.

Firefly Aerospace has postponed its second rocket from Vandenberg to Monday.
The company’s Twitter pages stated, “Our launch today was scrubbed due to a drop in helium pressure. The Firefly team is on it, and we will use our launch window tomorrow which opens at 3:00 PM PDT with our host Everyday Astronaut.”

Firefly Aerospace is aiming to launch its second rocket from Vandenberg on Sunday after their first launch exploded.
The Firefly Alpha Rocket is scheduled to launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base’s Space Launch Complex 2-West in a 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. launch window.
Just over a year ago, the rocket’s first launch ended in an explosion about 2 minutes and 30 seconds after launching, sending debris into the backyards of residential homes as far as Orcutt. There were no reported injuries.
The private rocket company stated the rocket had experienced an anomaly during the first stage ascent.
Alpha Flight 2: To The Black is Firefly’s will attempt to launch multiple satellites to low Earth orbit. Alpha will first insert into an elliptical transfer orbit, coast to apogee, and perform a circularization burn.
Firefly Alpha is designed to address the needs of the burgeoning small–satellite market.
