A fire broke out in a detached garage in the 3800 block of Center Drive in Santa Barbara late Monday afternoon.
At 4:03 p.m. Santa Barbara County and Santa Barbara City fire crews responded to the structure fire report and found a 500 square foot detached garage with smoke and flames showing from the roadway. Crews worked together to knock down the fire within 10 minutes, said County Public Information Officer Mike Eliason.
The owners were inside their main home and were unaware of the fire until neighbors notified them. No other structures were threatened and there were no reported injuries. An investigator will determine the cause of the fire.

I ASSumed since it was a mutual aide request it twas Goleta but I was wrong…Thank You COASTWATCH Been here almost 40 years still don’t know all the streets…
