An unoccupied barn caught fire in Santa Maria on Sunday evening.
At 5:27 p.m., Santa Barbara County and Santa Maria City firefighters responded to 3510 Telephone Road for a reported fire.
Crews discovered a barn and nearby vegetation on fire. The structure sustained some damage and approximately 1/10 of an acre had burned.
Firefighters knocked down the fire by 5:49 p.m. and cleared the scene around 7:00 p.m.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
