There's a fire above Carpinteria. It may be part of a prescribed burn, but am unsure.

Feb 22, 2021 11:41 AMToday is a permissive burn day. It looks like there may be 3 active permit burns going on between Summerland and Carp.

Feb 22, 2021 12:07 PMIt’s good to see folks cleaning things up. Carpinteria is fortunate to have so much ranch land providing a buffer against wildfires coming down from the mountain.
