OK CHIP, EDNEY, VOICE – here’s a real time example. What do they do? Allow the fire to spread or suppress it?
What on earth does a fire at an industrial facility have to do with forest management and fire suppression policies applied to forest lands? Talk about apples and oranges
So not all fires should be allowed to spread to the nearby brush and hills?
