District One asks for and receives "city services". We need to tally which city districts consume most of the city's budget for required city services.

That's me all my fault for reporting it.

I'm still glad Roger reported it. Don't care who pays for it... ultimately we all do one way or another.

This is becoming an election issue - district candidates are promising "more services" for their own districts. So let's see what the baseline is right now is for the new city districts when it comes to allocating the present budget. We are a city as a whole and we support services across the city - but since there are now campaign requests for reallocations, how would this take place. District elections are a brave new world. We must look at city decision making and city budget allocations very differently now. As well as squelch any district myths that do not sound in fact.

At this point, just about everyone has figured out that "down votes" usually represent some repressed tight-mouthed control freak who feels everyone else has to be severely censored and their behavior overseen by someone Righteous, i.e. them.
