An edhat reader drove by at the time of this incident and reportedly saw a man on his cell phone with another man near the Highway's railing that appeared to be indented as if a car had driven through it. "As I kept driving, a load of emergency personnel was speeding up that way. The crash took place right past San Marcos road going down," reported the edhat reader.
