Edhat Updates: Daily Newsletter, Accounts, and more!

Hello edhat readers and supporters,

Thank you all for the ongoing support and kind words since we’ve relaunched our new website. As we mentioned in our last announcement, the website is still a work in progress so here are some updates and answers to a few frequently answered questions!

1. Edhat Account Login
All edhat accounts have been transferred over to the new website. If you haven’t reset your password yet, you will need to do so to activate your account. Click here to reset your password. Email us at ed@edhat.com with any issues. If your previously paid edhat account subscription has not transferred to your new account, please contact us as well.

2. Daily Edhat Newsletter
It’s almost ready! We’ve been working to get this ready as soon as possible and hope to have it completed in the next few days. All edhat readers will receive a notice when it’s complete. The newsletter is free for everyone. The only thing you’ll need is to sign up for an edhat account, click here if you don’t have one yet.

3. Navigating the new Homepage
Our new edhat homepage is meant to highlight the top stories and events happening throughout town. For those who miss the old “list-view” news version of edhat, simply click on the news or local news tab in the menu bar to see all our stories lined up in order of most recently posted. Or you can click here

4. Email us with Feedback
Since this relaunch took us a bit by surprise, we’re continuing to develop various features as we go. We really appreciate everyone’s feedback, especially if you come across error messages or links that aren’t working. Also, we want to hear your thoughts on the new layout – we know it’s a little different and that’s okay with us, but we want it to be comfortable for you too.  We can’t incorporate everyone’s suggestions, so please don’t be offended, but we will definitely read them all and take them into consideration. Please email us at ed@edhat.com or send a note through our Contact Us Form with any suggestions or comments.

Thanks again to everyone for supporting edhat, Santa Barbara’s best local website!

Sincerely,
The Dedicated Staff of edhat.com
