For me it's Stanley Kubrick's 1971 'A Clockwork Orange'. A holiday favorite for the ultra violence with my droogs 'O my brothers.

Thank you all. I needed the boost. Just reading these suggestions is putting me in the holiday spirit! Also, I love watching the Yule Log videos with the kittens and puppies.

Although not exactly "classic" movies, but there are TV movies that will become classics in their own right:
- A New Orleans Noel (watched last night...very positive message for all)
- Cloudy with a Chance of Christmas (a feel-good affair with great actors)
- Merry Swissmas (w/Jodie Sweetin...a little "corny" but worth a watch with a cup of hot chocolate)
- Dog Days of Christmas (really great for those who love puppies and dogs!)
- Sweet Navidad (make sure you have some sweet baked goods to enjoy when you watch this one....make a trip to 'La Tapatia', Goleta Bakery, or Reynoldo's in Carp)

FYI: If you plan to watch one of the 'Bad Santa' movies, go with the original. 'Bad Santa 2' is nowhere near as good as the first in my opinion.

We just watch “A Christmas Story Christmas” on HBOMax, which is sequel to “A Christmas Story”. It was okay, but was interesting to see most of the original cast of kids now grownup.
