Early Morning Structure Fire in Lompoc

Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to an early morning structure fire on Highway 246 Wednesday.

At 4:00 a.m., fire crews responded to the 6000 block of Highway 246 near Campbell Road. They discovered a single family residence with a working fire and immediately went to work.

Firefighters led an aggressive attack and knocked down the fire.

There were no injuries reported and the cause is under investigation.
