Domestic Disturbance on E. Cabrillo
Code 415: Domestic Disturbance near 323 East Cabrillo. A female was forced into a vehicle, a newer grey 4-door BMW with Ca. Plate 8HMG847, by a white male. They were last seen eastbound on Cabrillo. The woman was unable to get away from the abuser.
