Dog of the Week: Kobe

By Spark Rescue
Meet Kobe! This one-year-old, male Havanese (best guess) is an all-around sweet and well-mannered pup! Kobe is fully house, leash, and crate trained. He gets along with other animals (both cats and dogs) and he’s also good with kids. Kobe has luxating patellas that may need surgery later in his life. Kobe would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time.
If you’re interested in making Kobe a part of your family, please go to www.sparkrescue.org and fill out an adoption application.

Dec 27, 2020 10:32 PM"Luxating patellas" means his knee caps move out of place. I had a dog who had that condition. It affected one of his back legs. He lived to be 15 years old, no problem (no surgery).

Dec 28, 2020 01:55 PMI might be interested in adopting this dog as he (she?) is the right size for me. I am home most of the time, have always been a dog owner, and have enough money to take care of any surgery should that become necessary. Howeverk when I respond to your email notices, it takes me to your general site, so...? Marilyn Gilbert
