14 week old chi/ terrier mix, sweet, social petite and playful. Isaac would thrive in a home with another playful submissive small dog. Isaac loves to be held and will tell you when he wants down he loves to cuddle too! Isaac is a soulful little guy who loves to give lots of kisses!
