The County of Santa Barbara stated an updated Debris Flow Map would be released in October but it hasn’t been released. Does anyone know when?

Edhat posted an article on July 17, 2019 with the announcement that stated: “Scientists will begin gathering data at the end of August 2019 and the map will be published in late October 2019. Community meetings and a door to door campaign of affected properties will follow in early November 2019.
