Great. Too bad the Tj's customer service sucks. Not to mention their bagging policies since COVID started. They're apparently so afraid of your own bags giving them COVID they make you bag your own OUTSIDE. #getreal...
I'm with Nature Boy. TJ's customer service is the best I've experienced in 60 years of shopping. Sorry you had to bring down this feel-good thread with such an off-base statement.
BASIC: You are flat out WRONG. TJ's has the best people & customer service of any grocery store. The bagging policy is to keep people safe, including YOU.
Supermarkets are high-risk places, so I forgive TJ's from taking this serious measure!

“Trader Joe’s customer service sucks”... can you be serious, BASIC???? Trader Joe’s has the nicest, most helpful, most friendly and humanly caring customer service I’ve ever experienced, down to a person. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen these people go far above and beyond any concept of the usual customer service seen at ANY other retail establishment anywhere. I stand with the always-awesome TJ’s team members. And yes, Covid transmission through hand-to-surface contact has been largely downplayed, it’s a small “better safe than sorry” sacrifice for them to have you bag your own groceries outside. If that’s the Covid hill you want to fight on, then boy-oh-boy i respectfully disagree with your sense of priorities. #ThankYouTJsEmployees

As for 'basic', its not the customer service that's bad at TJ's, I've had nothing but great service.... it is some customers that are the ignoramus's .. Hey 'basic'... guess who I'm talking about, bozo
