My Galaxy S23 went into the Harbor on July 4, and was submerged at 20′ for 21h. It was recovered almost 24h ago and rinsed in fresh water. [Shout out to Salty Dog Dive Service!] Not turning on. Any recommendations for data recovery? Most importantly right now are my photos and documents.
Please, I don’t need any additional opinions about what I should do in the future, or judgements about how this happened. No, it was not in a waterproof case. No, not 100% of my data is backed up to the cloud.

Sounds like the Battery died/shorted… If there’s anything left (not zapped) you could probably just do the “Data Transfer” from here?
