County Proclamation of Local Emergency for October 2021 Storm Following Alisal Fire

At 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 24,  Mona Miyasato, County Executive Officer/Director of Emergency Services, signed a Proclamation of Local Emergency for the October 2021 storms and requested that Governor Newsom also proclaim a state of emergency. The attached Proclamation outlines conditions that warranted the action and threats posed by the Alisal Fire burn area and incoming rainstorm.
