A section of bluffs in Isla Vista collapsed onto the beach on Thursday.
Erosion caused the slide of several sections of the cliff in the 6500 block of Del Playa Drive.
There is currently caution tape surrounding the area where dirt and rocks are piled up on the beach.
There were no reported injuries and no damage to any of the nearby structures.
