The City recently added four all-electric Chevrolet Bolts to its fleet. These zero-emission vehicles have an effective range of more than 230 miles per charge.  In addition to no greenhouse gas emissions, the vehicles require less frequent maintenance, and their cost is offset by federal and state incentives.

  1. Maybe the employees of this City of Paradise can use these Bolts on their lunch breaks. Do you know that those employees that walk or bike to work have free access to City vehicles for personal errands and lunch runs? This is listed in the Employee Handbook. And then there can be abuse by everyone else who does drive to work. I hope they like that new car smell, because that stinks for me.
