Cathedral Oaks Road Pavement Work Update

The City of Goleta is currently working with our contractor, Toro, on the reconstruction of Cathedral Oaks Road as part of our annual Pavement Project. We recently completed the section from Alameda Avenue to Glen Annie Road and are now working on Glen Annie Road to Los Carneros. Work has been taking place Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with flaggers directing traffic.

Today, March 24, cement work will continue until 6:30 p.m. Work will continue later than usual because the cement work must be completed by Friday, March 25, due to the rainstorm predicted for Sunday night / Monday morning, and the cement truck was stuck for hours this morning in the accident on the 101 North near Santa Barbara causing it to get a later start than usual.
