Highlights
- Caruso’s at Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort has retained its Michelin star for the fourth year in a row.
- On June 20, 2025, the restaurant introduced a new dining experience called Sapore di Stelle, or “Flavors of the Stars.”
- The experience features a single table and one exclusive dinner each evening.
‘Sapore di Stelle’ Experience to Have Only One Sitting
Situated on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, Sapore di Stelle, or ‘Flavors of the Stars,’ experience is limited to one reservation each night. This intimate dining setting allows guests to dine under the stars, steps away from the ocean, heightening the already luxurious experience at Caruso’s.
It includes an elaborate 12-course tasting menu designed by Chef Massimo Falsini, a pioneer in perfecting Italian fine dining on the Central Coast. The experience also includes customized wine pairings curated by Wine Director Rob Smits, as well as personalized service.
The Rosewood Miramar team describes the experience as “an exclusive new dining experience that brings the very best of coastal California cuisine to one of the most highly coveted shorelines on the West Coast.”
Guests can also expect a pre-dinner consultation and request additional enhancements such as live acoustic music and floral walkways. The Sapore di Stelle experience is priced at $2,000 for food and drinks. An additional $1,000 will be charged for beachside design and setup. Other supplemental enhancements can also be made for a fee.
Reservations for the Sapore di Stelle experience must be made 72 hours in advance through the Rosewood Hotel’s official website.
