Sep 23, 2020 07:52 AMI heard that the driver and passenger exited safely, because people nearby came to their aid. The owner of the nearby El Sueno grocery store came to care for them while the Fire Dept extinguished the fire. There are good people here in Santa Barbara, thank you to all the helpers!
