Three people sustained injuries after a vehicle crash on Highway 154 Monday evening.
At 6:15 p.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the 2200 block of San Marcos Road near Painted Cave and found a single vehicle had traveled off the roadway and collided with a tree.
Three people were inside the vehicle. One adult female sustained injuries and was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital by a ground ambulance.
The condition of the motorist is unknown at this time.
One traffic lane was closed in the area as multiple units from County Fire, California Highway Patrol, and County Sheriff’s Office were on the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
