Cable Bill Increase?

My Cox Cable bill has been steadily creeping up (after the “introductory offer” period had expired) and it’s now at $200. Service is no better than five years ago, but despite calls to Customer Service and their Loyalty Dept, they say they can’t give me any sort of discount. Is anyone else paying this much?
