Burglary at Montecito Bank & Trust

Commercial Burglary: Be on the lookout for a white male adult (WMA) 5’8″ – 5’10” in his 20’s wearing green camo shirt and shorts cast on his right arm elbow to wrist, red hair. He broke into Montecito Bank and Trust on Coast Village Road.
